While solidly constructed and the perfect size and weight, I expected it to have a better quality fabric (a non-luster cotton). The design and colors are exactly as pictured on my computer and set the casual, beach tone I wanted for the bedroom.The bedspread was wrinkled from the packing and two days on the bed have done nothing to reduce the wrinkles. I'll see if the dryer with a wet towel does the trick.The curtains I bought to go with it (Solid Grommet Top Thermal Insulated Blackout Curtain in Olive) are a perfect match and feel like a much higher quality material (silky, heavy fabric).After a year of use: Not holding up so well. The filling has moved so that some parts are thicker and others have little padding. It would be great if my guests wouldn't lay on the comforter but I can't get higher class family members. For the money it should be more durable.

My husband ordered this without my knowledge, "knowing I would like it" I looked at the picture on Amazon and wasn't impressed. So instead of sending it back I decided to open and see what it looked like. Well it is just awesome! My bedroom looks 10 times better, like a picture out of a magazine. Tip-top quality in every detail. The spread is soft and light, the pattern doesn't have the white look in the product picture, rather a nice creamy color with the different greens. The shams are zippered, instead of trying to stuff your pillow inside two flaps. So my husband was right after all, maybe because we've been married 45 years!Tommy Bahama Island Botanical Comforter Set, King

This set is pretty without being too 'girlie' washes well, only slight hiccough is the insides go a bit stiff and bunched up after drying. As long as you push everything back into it's proper place it's fine though. Warm enough for fall, starting to use an extra blanket now that Nov is here, but I am a cold fish anyways :)
