This bed takes the full estimated delivery time to arrive (a little over a month). When it arrives it comes in 2 separate packages, one with the headboard and another (on a different day) with the frame and side boards. The headboard is beautiful and the fabric is very soft, although I will not get to sleep on this bed for another month because they sent me tan side boards to be attached to the frame instead of white. I called customer service and they said the best they could do is send me the boards in white in exchange for the tan ones. So now I have to wait another month and box everything up that I have already unwrapped to send back when I actually receive the correct color. The price was very reasonable, but placing this order has been a real headache.

Had some trouble putting the bed together missing screws. Called the manufacture they shipped me missing parts and walk me through the directions. The directions are not very good. The bed is beautiful and worth all the frustration of putting it together.customer service was excellent. Would buy from Skyline again.

This bed is very beautiful, the material is nice, soft, just as described! It is really a nice piece of furniture and I'm happy I purchased it. However, the instructions to put this bed together were horrible and all of the pieces were not there. So technically my bed isn't completely put together because I still have a few pieces left over, but its as sturdy as it needs to be. Don't hesitate to buy it if your interested..its not a a bad price either. Love this Bed, would definitely would buy it again.
