WOW WITH SHIPPING I PAID 165.00 FOR THIS PIECE OF CRAP. I HAD TO FIGHT TOOTH AND NAIL TO GET AUTHORIZATION TO SHIP BACK. WHEN THE BOX ARRIVED IT WAS HOME MADE OUT OF CHEAP CARDBOARD AND WAS STAPLED TOGETHER. THE BOX WAS DAMAGED AND THE FEATHERBED SMELLED SO BAD LIKE RAW CRUDE OIL. I FINALLY GOT A NUMBER TO RETURN IT. THEY REFUNDED ME 100.00 SO NOW I WAS OUT THE 81.00 IT COST ME TO RETURN PLUS THE 65.00 A TOTAL OF 144.00 AND NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT. I NOTIFIED AMAZON AND PLACED A CLAIM AGAINST MILLSAVE. AMAZON GOT THEM TO REFUND THE 65.00 BUT I AM STILL OUT THE 81.00 TO SHIP IT BACK. SO IF YOU WANT TO GET CRAP IN THE MAIL AND THEN BE OUT A BUNCH OF MONEY GO AHEAD AND ORDER FROM THEM. BUT YOU WILL BE SORRY.

Wonderful feather topper! You feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. Very we'll made. My husband was so impressed after the first night of sleeping on it.

As others have mentioned, this topper needs to be aggressively fluffed at least every other day to keep it from packing down and getting ridges. If you get lazy and leave it a week it's much harder to get the feathers to fluff back out again. It helps my cruddy bed but we still get back pain so it's by no means a miracle fix. It doesn't appear to make the bed any hotter though which is good. overall good quality construction and very pleasant to sleep on when freshly plumped.
