I purchased this mattress cause I was looking for a cheap alternative than spending $2000 on a brand name bed. It arrived by UPS and was in 2 boxes, Box with the mattress arrived in pretty bad shape but the mattress is very well protected, plan on someone helping you move it it is very heavy. the mattress was rolled up and compressed. The frame was really easy to put together. Laid the mattress on the top and opened it up. It unfolded and took a while to fully expand. Plan on a few days if not a week to fully expand. After a week the top was not a comfortable, as I anticipated. The mattress material is soft and nice, but the mattress as a whole is very firm. I ended up adding a 4" mattress topper. Which together is very nice and very comparable to a my old $2000 mattress. It liked it so much I ordered a second for my son.

We're moving into a new home soon and didn't want to lug around our mattress because it needed to be replaced anyway. We ended up buying this and were scolded by family for buying something as subjective as a mattress on Amazon. We trusted the reviews, though, and we liked the price.This bed is amazing. When you first get it, it really does take several days-- yes days-- to really puff up. We unwrapped it about 10 hours before we slept on it. We're on our fourth night on it and it is now completely "puffed up" and it's delightful. It's soft yet firm. Super sturdy. The base was a breeze to put together, too, and feels sturdy as well.One nice thing is that the transfer of movement is minimal, and sound doesn't carry through it either. When my hubby tosses and turns, I don't notice it much. When he snores, I can't hear it reverberating through the mattress like i could my old mattress. So far, I love it!

this bed is super awesome, so comfy and firm , great price, im.a small person and i put it together all by myself
