Well I wanted to try this mattress for a little while before I wrote a review on it. Nothing like trying it out first. Let me start first by the packaging, the mattress arrived on time, and the packaging was adequate, the box had one hole in it from transport from UPS, but it didn't dmage the mattress.Now once you recieve this mattress do exactly what they recommend, let it breathe! It says to let it breathe out for 72 hours (3 days) I think it's just right, there is a smell, guaranteed. But it does dissipate over 3 days. I went an extra step, it wasn't written on their info sheet that came with the mattress but I did it anyway, You can unzip the top layer of the mattress and it holds about an inch of cool gel foam, it unzipps very easily and it does help it to eliminate the odour.Also once you've decided to used the bed, don't make your bed for a week, I know it sounds funny, but it will help to let it breathe out some more, it does make a difference.Now as for the comfort, I'll be honest it took me 2 nights to get used to it, it's totally different than a conventional spring mattress, when you turn on your side or move around, there's a 5 to 10 seconds delay in getting the mattress to take your shape, and it does take your shape!I constantly had pain in both shoulders in my old bed, every morning, I sleep alot on my side and I always got up with pain, but now no more pain. I sleep like a 270lbs baby. lol I wake up fully refreshed and very well rested. As for my wife she never slept better too. And the beuaty of this bed, is that you can get out of it and it doesn't move or wake up your partner, another great added value.So all in all, great bed, so thankful for buying, and the best of all at half the cost of other similar beds!

Great value for a mattress that is comparable to many of the tempurpedic's I tried out before. I found this one similar in firmness to the contour line of tempurpedic but much softer on the top for a luxurious feel. I've had no more back pain since!

This is our first memory foam mattress, and we love it. We had slept on a tempurpedic for 1 week at a friend's house, which is what got us interested in memory foam. This bed is not quite as comfortable as the tempurpedic but it is close, and much, much more affordable. The only reason it does not get 5 stars is that the mattress is very thick, which makes the bed quite high. I am almost 6 feet tall and it still seems high to me even though it does not have a tall foundation under it. The other thing is that it sleeps on the hotter side. I know all memory foam mattresses do this, and it may just be that it is the peak of summer. However, I have woken up hot several times. Fortunately, the comfort of the mattress is so nice that it makes the temperature issues easily worth it.The mattress weighs a ton and will require two people to move it from your doorstep to your bedroom.The delivery took much longer than expected. The original shipment was "badly damaged" en route and did not even get delivered. I would have been curious to see it, because the one that made it to us was pretty heavily damaged. However, the mattress itself turned out fine.I would purchase this again, if I needed another mattress.
