Shipped immediately to me, this 3" gel memory foam topper is worth way more than I paid. Very good quality and very comfortable to sleep on. Fits my bed perfectly. Excellent customer service as well. Excellent Value and Product.

I bought this pad based on the only other review posted, so I thought I'd post my own to prevent anyone else from having the same issue. We like a "firm" memory foam, that gives a lot of support. Perhaps it's my own ignorance when it comes to purchasing, but I thought the density level we chose was considered "good."We had a queen size topper we purchased years ago that was perfect, it made our bed pure heaven. We upgraded to a king size bed and went with this topper.It's a great price for the size, and the cooling gel feature does make a difference I think - but it is far too soft. When you do put any pressure on it, the indentation remains for a considerable amount of time.If you like a firm memory foam topper that provides a lot of support, this topper is not for you.

I have a hard mattress and wanted to get a topper that would be softer. I ordered the topper on Sunday evening and received it on Thursday. I unpacked and set it out till Saturday when I had time to put it on my bed. This is my first topper I have tried and I am very happy with it. It is comfortable and soft. It does sleep a little warmer than with just the mattress, so I did use thinner sleeping wear. Overall it has been about 1 week and I have been happy with the feel and comfort.
