The color is awesome, the bed is super sturdy and my kids love it. I was very pleased with what came in the boxes since it is always a chance buying something like this from a picture and hoping the reviews are legit! The stairs are great for my 5 yr old on the top bunk who likes to get up in the middle of night to get a drink. I feel much safer with stairs as compared to a ladder. We ditched my other sons dresser and just used the drawers in the stairs.I would just point out to the following to give purchasers a heads up: 1) It did take about 4 hours to put together and I would rank myself as very handy. Instructions were fine, the parts were labeled and the the screws/accessories were in sealed bags with letter indicators that were referenced in the instructions. Just need to lay out everything and clear some working space. I always do projects myself, but I did need my wife help me a few times when it came to putting the top bunk frame on and just to hold the side rails as I bolted the frame. 2) The bed was delivered in 5 boxes and were heavy. However, I would rather have a heavy bed other than some shaky thing. 3) some of the boards looked scraped up, but those ended being the bottom of the drawers, so no issues. The picture depicted is valid!

love it. They should give more screws and wood pegs, because the pegs are easy to break.The manual could be improved. Sometime, it is hard to figure out what they mean.

I was nervous to order such a large item over Amazon but was pleasantly surprised with the quality my girls love it. Some minor flaws but nothing major everything went together great. Overall very happy with this purchase. I would do it again.
