I have to have it sent back. I am in Florida, my dad in NY. Sending this back is a hardship for me. I'm very disappointed how deceptive this product is.This bed was great, easy to set up and steady.I arrived in NY on July 18 and slept on the ottoman for several days. It is narrow but, was very comfortable. The mattress is firm, as it should be. The weekend attendent never even tried the bed. It was the Monday to Friday prima donna who refused to sleep on the bed. I wish I had purchased it years ago for myself. I apologize for the bad review. I recommend this ottoman for anyone up to my size. I am 5'5" and 210lbs.
