And then some....

Purchased the bed hoping and praying it was going to live up to my expectations. Well, it did and then some.... After reading some of the reviews about this bed, I was prepared to spend a good portion of time assembling it. (average review time was three hours) Well, my wife and I started early on a Saturday morning around 7:30am and finished about 12:30. We're not the youngest couple around so we did take our time but when we were finished we were extremely happy with the product. It looks great, met our expectations and we would recommend it to anyone.

Amazing bed, its exactly as pictured and we love how modern it appears. We get so many compliments!!!!!! Definitely worth every penny!

We were trying to decide on this bed or a Malm bed from Ikea. Bought this as it looked more Asian in keeping with the design theme of the bedroom and higher quality, and am glad we did. This bed is spectacular looking, and very high quality. It transforms the room.Some notes:It's heavy, it comes in 4 boxes, total weight 375 lbs according to the shipper(!), so be ready to get help getting it in and unboxed.It is very well put together, it has a ton of hardware to install. Do yourself a favor and make sure you have a power screwdriver. Not a drill, a screwdriver, a drill won't fit in a lot of the places you'll need to go. You need a mallet, a large flat bladed screwdriver, a power screwdriver with a philips head bit, and a wrench, box end (can't recall the size).It's low, so if you have problems getting up from a low position, this is probably not the bed for you. The low height looks stunning though. It also doesn't have drawers in the end tables, to us it's worth being less cluttered and doing without some bedside things for the look. We're using a pair of small black lacquered boxes to hold a few things.A point of interest, most things like this have extra screws and hardware, as they would rather give you more than run the risk of not enough. If it takes 10 most places give you 14 plus or minus 2 so that production tolerances will never mean too few, but this bed gives you just exactly the number you need. So, careful to not strip or lose anything.Well worth it, and solid as a rock when assembled.
