Advertisement misleading

I wanted a bed to purchase a headboard, upholstered rails and metal frame, no footboard. So Excited when I saw an advertisement for exactly this. It was for a SALE for all the aboved mentioned for 6 hours. It said that the bed came with an upholstered Headboard, rails, and frame. This told me it came with 3 pieces. It did not. The advertisement was misleading and not clear. It came in with an upholstered Headboard and metal rails. I called the company Stacks and Stacks and spoke to customer service and questiond them about this. They were not very helpful and said that was the way it came. Then I asked if I could go ahead and purchase the upholstered frame and footboard, they told me No. I asked why and they told me they just don,t do that. I would have to send the whole thing back and reorder everything together. I kept the bed because mY daughter loves the bed. It is really pretty. The advertisment needs to give better descriptions of the pieces of the bed like metal frame, upholstered rails, upholstered footboard and upholstered Headboard which it doesn't so you are not sure of what you are getting. Just be more specific. Now I have to get my carpenter to fix it some how. More money! Now to give some benefit of the doubt. I did find on some other websites where the description was more clear, but like I said above, this was a special sale. Just be careful when ordering.

Beautiful!!

Beautiful headboard!! Amazing color and material. I did not purchase the side rails or footboard so it's not super sturdy. But it looks wonderful. Fairly easy to assemble. Seems to be good quality so far. Have had it a few months now.
