First we weren't sure if it's a good thing to order a bed from amazon. Hey, it's a bed, not cheap, and once you buy it you are stuck with it for a while... We searched around our area we recently moved in for a bed that has lots of storage. End up by not finding anything but wasted time by listening all kinds of sale's talks.After all we are pretty satisfied by this bed. The price is a lot less than similar ones at local furniture stores (even though these beds were smaller and did not have this much drawers). Easy to assemble, good size and height. Love it!

It's a wonderful bed and love all the storage space. The headboard is also great because it has holes cut into it so you can put electronics on it with the cords going out the back

My wife was getting sick of our old bed and bought a new memory foam mattress from Amerisleep. (http://www.amerisleep.com/). We had been sleeping with the mattress on the floor since the old bed was only a queen. After going around to local furniture stores and seeing bookcase beds that cost upwards of 2k that were not very impressive, I tried Amazon and found this bed.We ordered it. It was pretty scary to pull the trigger on such a huge expense, especially since once it shows up, you are pretty much stuck with it. Best thing we ever did. The bed showed up pretty quickly (less than a week). I figured it would take days to put it together, but it actually shows up mostly put together in four LARGE boxes. I put it together myself in about 2 hours, which included unpacking and carrying everything upstairs. You will need help carrying it though.The bed is solid as a rock and all the pieces fit together great. All the hardware was present and seemed to be reasonably high quality. The headboard is a single piece that essentially attaches to the two drawer pieces with some large connecting frame pieces. Again, very easy to assemble.The bed looks exactly like the picture. All the drawers feel solid and work well. Tons of storage space and very convenient holes for electrical cords in the headboard shelving unit. The bed is pretty high because of the drawers, so no box spring needed. The slats that hold up the mattress were a little weak for a memory foam mattress so I reinforced it with a piece of 1/4 inch plywood and covered it with a cheap piece of carpet to protect the mattress and it is fine.One word of help is that there are some pieces that are tucked under the headboard that you need to finish the bed. At first I could not find them, but then noticed them tucked in there while I was assembling it.Lastly, I cannot recommend this bed enough. It was an amazing purchase and we could not be happier. If you are looking for this type of bed, look no further. You will NOT regret it.
