cheap looking and poor quality

I was really excited to receive the comforter set but immediately disappointed when I opened the box. It looked nothing like the luxurious picture. The sham and silk looking pillows are light yellow, not gold. The filling of the pillows is terrible - all knotted up, looks like a pillow I would buy at the dollar store NOT plush and even like the picture. There are snags everywhere, just really cheap quality :( . Shipping was prompts, hopefully the return process will be easy...

Picture is not what you get. picture shows bedspread color correct. but accent pillows and huge euro shams ruffle are gold yellow. had i seen actual color i would have not purchaced this item. bedspread is beautiful i just do not care for the color of the rest

Very pleased with the color amd material. the size of the comforter could have been a little larger. I have a 15 inch mattress and it doesn"t quite cover evenly, I have to have one side shorter than the other so my covers don't show on the visible side of the bed. I also tried to find an area to order another valance but was unable to find single items.
